As you can probably imagine, we are receiving a very high volume of documents right now–almost every applicant has to submit something by mail, which means thousands of documents that we process.
We update the Student Service Centre (SSC) on a first come, first serve basis and it is currently taking four weeks from the time documents arrive here for documents to be noted on the SSC.

So you’ve submitted your application and you’re wondering what your next steps are? Check out you.ubc.ca to find out your next steps for applicants to the Vancouver and Okanagan campuses. You’ll find everything from planning your finances to keeping in touch with us.
And don’t forget to check the status of your application online through the Student Service Centre (SSC)! The SSC is the best source of information about your application. In addition to your application status, it provides a list of the documentation we require, and the deadline to submit it.
