The online application was down for a period of time yesterday due to the unprecedented volume of applications submitted yesterday, but it’s back up again today!
If you were unable to submit your application yesterday, please try again now. As a result of the technical difficulties, we have extended the deadline for all direct-entry programs to February 1 (11:59pm Pacific Standard Time).
Some programs will continue to accept applications beyond the February 1 deadline, but there is no guarantee how long they will continue to accept them. To guarantee your application will be considered, make sure you have submitted your application by February 1!
Hi, l sent a mail asking for the next deadlines to apply for the next year undergraduate programs because l thought l didn’t had chance to do it now, but the person who answered me told me that you have extended the deadlines until feb 29th and now l’m trying to apply online but in the part where l have to choose my program it says that l have passed the deadline so what can l do.?

If you are unable to apply you can contact us to see if the program has closed it’s application. As Camille mentioned in a previous post, some programs continued to accept applications beyond the February 1 deadline but there was no guarantee how long they would continue to accept them.

Hi UBC,
I’m currently finishing second year at Langara, and sent in my first term transfer credits. On my SCC, it says that UBC has received my transcript and will be using it in the evaluation of my admission. Is there a way I can see the actual transfer credits? I clicked “transfer credits” and it says “No transfer courses found.” By the way, I’m taking COMM courses from Langara.

Hi Tom,
Thanks for your comment! Until you have been evaluated and a decision has been made on your application, you won’t be able to see any transfer credit on the SSC. That being said, you can plug your courses into the BC Online Transfer Guide and that will tell you how your Langara courses have transferred to UBC in the past. Hope that helps!

Hi Tom,
The online application deadline for all programs was February 1 at midnight. That being said, some programs may still remain open for a limited time but likely no more than a few days past the deadline; if your chosen program is still open, you should be able to apply online but I would do it quickly!
